帐 · Cheng Miao
Zhàng (4th tone). The Shuowen Jiezi gives a pun for a definition: 「帳，张也。从巾长声」 — ‘a 帳 is a stretching’; cloth pulled taut. 《释名·释床帐》 expands it: 「帐，张也，张施于床上也」 — stretched out over a bed. From bed-curtain the word grew to mean tent, canopy, an $9.00 – Purchase Checkout Added to cart
