Why this character belongs on skin

诱 is seduction — the gentle leading, the hand at the small of the back guiding you toward something you already wanted. In Chinese it shares a root with 透, to penetrate, to draw someone past the surface and into the warm interior. You have been taught that wanting someone, and letting them know, was the loudest kind of arrogance. But 诱 is an art of invitation, not a demand. It is the look across a bar that says come closer without saying a word. The world tried to make your desire shameful; 诱 reclaims it as craft, as play, as the oldest honest language. Wear it where only your person will read it. A quiet spell, inked for life. Some of us were born to be the question someone says yes to.
