宙 · Li Si
Zhòu (4th tone). The Shuowen reads 宙 as 「舟舆所极覆也。从宀由声」 — ‘the covering over which the boat and carriage reach their limit’ — i.e. the vault that roofs all motion. Later thinkers fixed it as time itself: 《淮南子·齐俗训》 states 「往古来今谓之宙，四方上下谓之宇」 — ‘ $9.00 – Purchase Checkout Added to cart
